At the Raymen Beach Resort (April 16, 2009)
We arrived at the Raymen Beach Resort after an hour… we checked out the other delegates first and saw that they rented a hut. They were all so cramped there… 🙁 Someone told us that we should get our own… I got a bit sad about that comment though. We weren’t intending to share with them anyway. But you know, they made it appear that they don’t wanna share with us. 🙁
Anyway, we ate breakfast first then rented our own hut just beside them. hehe… Then we asked them that if they want, they could sleep in our hut since we won’t be staying there long. We’ll just be leaving our things there and then go out for a swim. 🙂
We went out immediately and the water was so nice! White sand with clear blue water!!! 😀 Yummy!!! We immediately dived in… hehe. Then we saw some boats arriving… we went to the shore first then when they’re already settled there waiting for passengers to board, we partied beside the hull. 😀 The moving water plus the light being reflected made the the boat’s hull look like a disco ball!!! 😀 Since the boat has some groovy beats, we partied there. Hehe. 😀
When the boats went away, we went to the shore. Pao and I were sitting still when the boys decided to cover us up with sand!!! They made us into mermaids. Hehe. 😀
We stayed in the waters and we visited the other resort there. We also swam to another area which is kind of a secluded area. 🙂 There’s a cave there and basta it’s a nice place. It was just hard to go to that area since the rocks were all so, well, rocky. 😛 We had some bruises and cuts since we held on to the rocks for support… it was a good few meters away and the water was deep so we needed support to get to the other side. 😛
Anyway, it was all worth it because the area was really beautiful! 😀 The sand there and the stones were a bit yellowish… but it’s okay. 🙂 We gathered some shells and placed them on top of rocks. Hehe
When we got tired, we went back to the other side and vowed that we would not return to that secluded area again. We made sand castles, which eventually turned into sand babies. Hehe.
When we had nothing more to do, we went back to the hut to see what the other delegates were up to. They told us that a jeep will be coming at around 1 or 2 pm to get us back to the port. 🙂 The time was just 10 am. So my friends and I decided to go Island Hopping for 2 hours. (Pictures will be uploaded in the next album.)
When we got back from Island Hopping, we saw some cute necklaces and bracelets… see the pictures below. They’re beautiful but so pricey… so I didn’t but any. 😛
Then, we decided to take a shower. But the shower area has a fee!!! Damn… being so cheapskates and all, we decided to go to the public area to shower with the other delegates. hehe. 😀 We had fun though. See the pictures below. 🙂 They have a poso there and we took turns pumping water out of it. 😀
After that, we changed clothes and went to the jeep waiting for us outside the resort.
Oh and by the way, the resort has an entrance fee of 10 pesos! 😀 Would you believe that? It’s so cheap!!! 😀 But the waters beyond was really a gem! 🙂

I forgot to share, our imaginary friend Jumby transformed to Chabi. 🙂 So Chabi went with us to Guimaras and he was constantly with us. We reserved seats for him wherever we go. Hehe. 🙂 In turn, he seemed like our protector there. 🙂
